Verizon is the USA’s largest telecommunications company, offering a range of services, from fibre-optic internet to home and mobile phone products. W12 Studios were tasked to redesign the mobile apps arm of their TV offering, Fios, to provide a more efficient and contemporary experience better aligned with Verizon’s bold brand.

W12 Studios are an interactive design agency that specialises in creating holistic digital experiences across all digital platforms. My role at W12 included taking the lead on the design of the mobile/tablet app for the Verizon Fios TV App. Our team was part of a bigger project which covered the TV & Web counterparts. The focus here was to create a consistent product experience across all devices whilst maintaining brand integrity.
